The discipline "Mathematics" is the basic one for mastering disciplines of general scientific and technical content. The purpose of mastering the discipline is to foster a sufficiently high mathematical culture, the formation of scientific thinking among students, instilling skills in the use of mathematical methods and the basics of mathematical modeling in practical activities, providing the basics of theoretical training for students, allowing them to navigate the rapid flow of modern scientific and technical information.
